My payment didn’t arrive, what should I do?

First, check:

  • That your payout request shows as “Processed” or “Completed” in RewardGum.

  • That the email or account details for the payment method are correct.

  • That the payment provider (e.g., PayPal) is not blocking or rejecting the transaction.

If everything seems correct and you still don’t see the payment, contact us from your RewardGUM email at [email protected].
